A proč nechcete provádět?

Nebudu zabíhat do detailů, ani patetických omluv o tom, proč náhodou zase dlouho nepíšu, nebo proč můj web umírá na pomalý oubytě. Prostě nemám čas.

Čas nemám z mnoha důvodů, přičemž jeden z nejzásadnějších je ten, že na mě v červnu spadla práce za kolegyni, která se jinak stará o zámecký provoz. Bylo to škaredé, bylo to nepříjemné, pořád je to v řešení, ale než se to vyřeší, tak se prostě starám o zámeckýc provoz. A to od základu, protože jsem přišla do anarchie. Nikdo nic neví, lidí je málo, a to je taky důvod mého dnešního povzdechu.

Co jsem totiž zase v provozu (a jako doslova, už dva dny zase rubu pokladny) tak si zase moc všímám průvodců a pokladních a jejich skills.

Nebudeme si nic nalhávat, poslední dobrej (a nejlepší, haha) průvodce v republice jsem já. A zcela rozumím tomu, že pro některý je to fakt jenom práce a nikoliv srdeční záležitost, takže se jako pro muflony rozdávat nebudou.

Ale! Vyžaduje li někdo (a to já vyžaduju) určitou kvalitu podávaných služeb, tak se krucinál snažím abych ty očekávání naplnila.

Základní pravdy o provádějí jsem tu už shrnoval mnohokrát. Někdy jenom letmo jako zmínky v Deníčku, jindy naprosto cíleně v sérii Chci provádět. Průvodce je jediná fazona, kterou památkovej objekt často má. Průvodce se taky podle toho nejenom oblíká, ale i chová. A mluví. A výklad vykládá takový jako se mu řekne, samozřejmě, že si ho může upravit aby se mu dobře říkal, aby se zaměřoval na to o čem ten průvodce chce mluvit, ale NEUPRAVUJE SI HISTORII K OBRAZU SVÉMU.

A tím se jaksi dostávám k nadpisu dnešního článku. Co se jako stalo s dobrými průvodci a proč nejsou nikde k nalezení?

Love jsou jedna motivace. Při zběsilém pátrání po nových průvodcích se mi stalo, že se mi borec při dotazu na hodinovou mzdu vysmál do telefonu, že za 110,- dělat nebude, že to nechá ukrajincům. Ale vážení na mojí první smlouvě jako průvodkyně se skvěla hodinový sazba 54,45,-. 110,- je vyloženě laláč. Navíc s příplatky za víkendy a přesčasy a státní svátky. Odvážím se taky tvrdit, že ti skutečně dobří dobří průvodci navíc na prachy až tak nehledí. Prostě chtějí dělat co je těší.

A ti ostatní remcají. Nebo vykládají bludy. A ti nehorší i přes opakované upozornění záměrně šíří nepravdy.

Když už si někdo dá tu práci aby průvodce proškolil, aby s nimi trasu procházel (a že u nás se o to střídáme dvě), tak je povinností (a nedílnou slušností) průvodce si možné připomínky vzít k srdci a řídit se jimi. Ne, že si myslím, že jsem chytřejší než půlka světa a budu si vykládat co chci.

Možná je to jenom unavenej výkřik, protože poslední měsíc pracuju osm dní v týdnu třicet hodin denně. Možná je to jenom „stařecký“ povzdech nad dnešní marnou generací. Možná je to prostě jenom znavený výkřik někoho komu na čech barabiznách záleží a nechce aby se prezentovaly špatně.
